Whether you're looking to fill internships, part-time roles or full-time positions, Huskies Get Hired puts your opportunities right where students are searching.
With Huskies Get Hired, you can:
- Post jobs and internships, then save them for future use.
- Search student resumes, filter by skills and invite the best fits to apply.
- Schedule interviews and review application materials, all in one place.
- Reserve interview rooms for on-campus interviews.

Student Engagement
Information Sessions
Showcase your organization with a campus information session, typically hosted in the Holmes Student Center. These are ideal when paired with on-campus interviews or fair participation. Promote sessions at least three weeks in advance via Huskies Get Hired.
Career/Internship Fairs
NIU hosts large career fairs each semester, giving you the opportunity to engage with hundreds of students in one day. Registration fills quickly, so reserve your space early.
Campus Interviews
Interview top candidates on-site in our private rooms, complete with Wi-Fi, a dedicated employer lounge and student greeting areas. Schedule interviews through Huskies Get Hired.
